In our shop, we sell our original Baked Cheesecake as well as natural cheeses produced in the Troika Cheese Studio.
We also offer piroshki, borsch, and other dishes for frozen take-out.

Troika menu highlight: cabbage rolls
Did you know that cabbage rolls originated in Russia?
Although many people know about cabbage rolls, most do not know that they originated in Russia.
At Troika, we dress our cabbage rolls with Smetana sauce.
Then, we top the rolls with housemade mozzarella and Gouda cheese and bake them slowly in an oven until the cheese is melted to a delicious consistency.
